Rodgers Family Holdings, Inc. (RFH) is owned and operated by the Rodgers family. The Rodgers have been involved with manufactured housing communities for over 40 years. RFH operates two Massachusetts communities – one in Littleton (The Littleton Motor Court) and one in Gardner (Heritage Village). Both are 55 and over, age restricted communities.
Littleton Motor Court
With 104 units located in Littleton, MA, the Littleton Motor Court has convenient access to Rt. 495 to the east and points west via Rt. 110 (Ayer Rd.).

Heritage Village
Heritage Village has 149 units situated just off Rt. 2 via South Broadway. All homes in Heritage Village are “ranch style” double wide homes on large lots.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00, however, we are generally unavailable during the noon lunch hour. We maintain a live operator answering service at all times when the office is not open or when we are unavailable.
