Rodgers Development Company (RDC) is owned and operated by the Rodgers family. The Rodgers have been involved with manufactured housing communities for over 40 years. Additionally, Rodgers Development Company has built dozens of single family “stick built” homes over the years.            

With 54 units located in Tilton, NH, Hunt Brook Estates has convenient access to Tilton’s retail outlet stores, Lake Winnepesaukee, and Rt. 93 at Exit 20. Located within 20 minutes of New Hampshire’s capitol city of Concord, as well as Laconia, Hunt Brook provides an easy commute to either area.

The Village at Hunt Brook consists of 9 duplex buildings (18 units). Each unit has 3 bedrooms, one and a half baths, with full basements, washer/dryer hook-ups, large family friendly yards and private off street parking. These units are offered with one year (or greater) leases. Please contact the office for unit vailability and further information.

Beginning in the Fall of 2008, we are pleased to announce to availability of new “ranch style” double wide manufactured homes in our newest community – Hunt Brook II. Featuring large, 10,000 sq.ft. lots and 3 bedroom – 2 bath homes, Hunt Brook II offers quality, affordable housing.  Many floorplans and options give the homebuyer a unique opportunity to customize their dwelling to both taste and budget. Please call or visit our model home on Sherwood Drive, just past Walmart, at Exit 20.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00, however, we are generally unavailable during the noon lunch hour. We maintain a live operator answering service at all times when the office is not open or when we are unavailable.
